We have planned a series of events across two continents to commemorate the 5 year passing of our hero - the child he was, the teenager he started to become and the inspiration he indeed, has become for us all.

The grace with which he faced his fight has strengthened us on the darkest days and the resilience and joy he exuded even in his pain continues to be an example for us through life.

And he has become , through our work, the gift that has touched numerous lives.
